• Comprehensible reading of welding instructions (WPS)

• Knowledge of different welded joints/seams

• Work experience, ideally shipyard experience

• Good knowledge of German or English

• Willingness to work shifts

• Reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and independently

• Welding according to construction drawings

• Welding of ship sections and equipment assemblies

• Inspection and post-processing of welds by planing and grinding
